I ordered sliding glass doors and bedroom windows. During the walk through, the company representative and subcontractor advised the sliding glass doors were the wrong size, and would not be installed. The owner assured me that they were the correct size and would be installed. On installation day the bedroom windows were installed, and the sliding glass doors were not installed. To add, there are holes all over my bedroom ceiling, unfixed. I was told new sliding doors will be ordered. Since then, over a month later, the new doors have not been ordered, and the company has stopped answering my calls. The office person, and previously mentioned company representative said they can't help me. I've tried for a month to speak to the owner. He won't take my calls, and the other employees have now been instructed to not take my calls. I am left with a half completed job, and holes in my ceiling. I've left numerous messages stating this is no way to conduct business, leaving a customer in the dark. Upon research the company license isn't even listed under the owner. It is listed under someone else's name. The owner was dishonest about the size of the sliding doors, and now he's being dishonest about ordering new doors. I feel like I'm being swindled.

We are very sorry to hear about this BBB complain, unfortunately we did order the slider door a 1" big and it didnt fit to the opening, that required from ** to do adjustments and reordering.
As it was told to the owner it will take 6-8 weeks to reinstall new door. We contact the owner by text and phone to update him, but he prefers calling us weekly asking for same updates that we dont have, we cannot expedite the manufactory process 6-8 weeks.

We did talk to him recently and we did schedule install date after 6/14/2023 when the he will be back from travelling and probably by than we will get the door, also, as a courtesy we send a painter and did interior touch up and paint (around the new windows area) although its not part of our contract, we never heard a thank you back from the owner but thats fine, soon it will be all behind us.

Things like that happen but we stand behind the contract and we will get things done.

I am rejecting this response because: This is the dishonesty that keeps perpetuating. The owner of the company claiming to send a painter as a courtesy is wrong. It is written in the contract to fix and repair damages caused by installation. My home was left damaged. The reason I kept calling the owner is, because all the employees said that the owner of the company was the only person who could answer me. The only time the owner of the company returned my call was after filing this BBB report. Now the owner apparently thinks he deserves a thank you. Besides waiting for new sliding doors, Painting still needs to be completed, and the windows in bedroom still need to be sealed and finished. All I want is for the project to be completed with a passing inspection. At which time I will pay the remaining balance, and he will receive my thank you.
