      - Dec 11, 2020: Bought a keypad door lock with a two-year warranty from UHS Hardware via their website.- Sept 23, 2022: Called UHS Hardware to report lock had failed and wanted it replaced via warranty. Spoke to ************************* (ext ****). Assigned case #****, Order #*****.- Sept 23, 2022: At her request, I emailed ***************** a copy of the email from *** confirming my purchase on Dec 11, 2020.- Sept 26, 2022: My locksmith called the lock's manufacturer and they agreed lock was defective and should be replaced (Alarm Lock Case #******). I forwarded this information along with **********'s case number to ******************- Oct 28, 2022: Called *** and spoke with *****. He agreed lock should be replaced under warranty. That same day at her request, I emailed ***************** a photo of the back side of the lock showing serial number and warranty date code to prove lock was in warranty.- Nov 4, 2022: Called and spoke to *****************. She agreed to replace lock under warranty. She emailed me a return label to send defective lock back to ***.- Nov 7, 2022 @10:40 am: ***** delivered the defective lock to ***. It was signed for by *********- Nov 15, 2022: Called (left voice mail) and emailed *****************...no response.After almost TWO MONTHS, *** should replace this lock under the warranty AS THEY ALREADY AGREED TO DO.

      We ordered a key machine that they recommended for cutting International truck keys. We never could get it to cut ****************** after two months of back in forth they stopped responding to our request for tech support and then would respond to any communications. The last communications from them stated that the machine could not do what we wanted and they would let us return it. I took detailed pictures of the machine and packaging per their request and sent them to UHS. That was when all communications stopped. We returned the machine and they acknowledge receiving it but are now stating the machine was in bad shape. Which if that was the case they had every opportunity to question it's condition when I sent the photos. They will not process a refund so they have or ******* AND the machine and we have nothing.

      I completely understand about your issue. We did not authorize the return as you can see on the emails/ even though you sent the items we cant accept it due to the conditions
      We received the item and pictures are attached about the conditions that we received it/ We did not receive any original packing or this items/ as per policy

      We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after an item was delivered. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. 
      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If a returned item is found to be in a condition that can not be restocked, the customer can then choose to have the item returned back to them. If so the customer will be responsible for shipping charges for the return. No refund will be issued.

      On August 29th 2022 I purchased 3 items from the uhs-hardware.com website. They showed that all items were in-stock and available to purchase. My transaction contained 3 items totaling $697.57. Within one week the company shipped one item that was valued at $105.24 and charged my credit card for $697.57. They sent me an email that the other two items would be delayed one week and shipped direct from the manufacture. On Sept, 21st 2022 I DID NOT RECEIVE THE OTHER TWO ITEMS so I filled out their customer service contact form on their website. I received the following auto-reply email "Dear Customer, Your request has been submitted to our **************************** A representative will be contacting you shortly." NO ONE CONTACTED ME. On Sept. 27th 2022 I sent an email to ********************************************** NO ONE CONTACTED ME. I called the phone number on the website multiple time and waited on hold for an hour and finally hung up. NO ONE ANSWERS THE ****** I called the phone number on my credit card statement transaction UHS HARDWARE INC ************** ** The person answer and plays stupid and just keeps repeating "we are lock ***** company" like a complete MORON. This business is operating a fraudulent on-line company and should not be allowed to use credit cards at all. They lie about having products in stock, boast about have excellent customer service, however the truth is the owners/operators are crooks and a con-artist.

      Order part on 8/6/22. Called and spoke to associate who informed me that they have them in stock and they could get the item out by the end of day. After waiting a week I realized the item was not going to be on time for a birthday gift. I cancelled order via phone call. This was done before shipment was sent and before tracking was created. I called a week later to inquire about when a refund would be issued. They denied refund and offered store credit. The item has not been delivered. It's been nearly a month. Label for the part was created 8/29/22 for the shipment. Item expected delivery 9/1/22

      UHS HARDWARE promises to provide access to online video courses, the course did not stream correctly and they initially did not respond to emails to their ************************************** address. Two months later they are now responding but refuse to refund the defective video course.

      I placed a single item order that never arrived. This company will take your money and close the order before it ever ships! I called weekly to inquire about where this $400 lock was. It took several phone calls before they could tell me a ***** tracking number. I explained to them that I had received (from *****) other items that I purchased from them (and others) but not this one item. They said that it had already been delivered. I then checked my cameras and found that a ***** delivery was made on the day they stated but not this lock. They then filed a ***** claim for me which was eventually rejected. I get packages almost daily and there has never been anything stolen. I believe they got the tracking information wrong or simply never sent it. Either way, I'm out the $$$$ and ended up using a more reliable company. Terrible experience with UHS Hardware similar to others found on BBB. It is not a coincidence. Uhs has my money and is disinterested in finding a proper solution. My hopes are with the assistance of BBB there can be a fair resolution. $400 is a lot of money, I think anyone would agree. Buyer beware with this company. They are going to tell you that you should've spent the extra money on direct signature smh.
