  Absolutely TERRIBLE Experience.
  If I could give 0 stars I would.
  I wanted to like this company, when I booked with them in May of 2022
  their reviews were much better. It is January 2024. 1 YEAR since they
  installed my windows and doors and we still have an open permit. They
  refuse to finish the job.
  I called the DBPR and made a formal complaint. I filled out all the
  paperwork and provided proof of what still needs to be done. I am glad I
  did.
  I encourage any one else who is dealing with these issues to do the
  same.
  Terrible company. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. like
  anywhere else would be better than this company.

  Buyer beware. I signed a contract in October of 2012 with a promised completion date of February 2023. They have failed to complete the project and have received 90% of total contract price. They promised several times to deliver and install the missing items and have not done so. We met with the owner **************** on 1/22/23 and he promised to complete the project in 6 to 8 weeks. We are still owed more than $20,000 in materials and installation.

  They promise you the world to get you to sign with them. Once they have your money, customer service is non existent. We agreed to a 50% deposit of around $13K , then the chase was on. They finally came to install 8 months later. They were always late and rarely showed on the scheduled days. The windows and doors seemed nice after installation, but 4 months later we noticed a small crack in one of the windows near the front door, which they also installed. I called in March of 2023 to ask them to come look at it, the crack continued spreading. He came out once after many calls, texts and emails and said it was a defective window and it would be replaced by hurricane season, June 1st. I have have a terrible time getting them to answer calls,I was told and I quote, "Do you think you are the only person calling me with problems?" It is now Oct 25th 2023. I was told a week ago they would be here on 10/25. Then they would not answer to confirm. I went to their office today and it was closed and empty. I did have "******" who claimed he was not ****** answer at one point. He now claimed I broke this (impact) window and he would charge me to replace it. AND that I owed him $2 to 3K from almost a year ago, which is a lie. I want nothing more than to get him out of my life as this company has been nothing but an expensive headache for over 11/2 years now. And I would like to see them out of business so no one else has to go through this h*** with them.

  They are pleasant people at first when trying to get your business. After that 3-day grace ****** when the contract becomes permanent and you have no choice to deal with them it becomes a pain. They are unprofessional, tardy, poor skills. They show up to every appointment VERY late. The inspector who comes to check their work is their friend so thats a huge conflict of interest. The silicone used to seal the windows and doors are not done properly. Their building permit with the city is not accurate. They file a permit for a lesser amount of windows and doors even though they are installing more. ***** never came to verify the work done by his team. They smaller windows dont closer all the way. They get pushy when it comes to the financing. They want to close the project to get their money without checking the work done by the workmen. I would definitely not recommend them.
