Horrible place. I made an appointment over the phone and I was never told about a $50 cancelation fee. Since I couldnt make it to my appointment a lady name ***** or something like that told me in a horrible unprofessional tone she was going to charge my credit card, FYI I never authorized any form of payment or agreed with anything like that when I booked. So she said she was going to charge me regardless because I did not show up to my appointment. I was never told about a $50 fee for not showing up. They had my credit card on file since I was a current customer. Ill definitely report this company for fraud and definitely do a charge back to that transaction that I never authorized.

********************** booked an appointment August 26th, 2024 at 5pm at our Pembroke Pines location.  It is our policy to collect a credit card when booking an appointment due to our cancelation policy.  This policy is explained to every guest when booking the appointment and is listed on each email and text message sent to the guest reminding them of their appointment. This fee is not charged if the guest calls to cancel more than 24hrs in advance and or reschedules the appointment at any time.

Our client & administrative support contacted ********************** on the day of her appointment once the appointment was missed and she was considered a no-show.  The call was to check in to see if she was running late and still coming in to the appointment or if the appointment needed to be rescheduled.  During this call ********************** could have rebooked but since she did not decide to rebook her appointment, was informed her about the $50 cancellation fee.

The following is the verbiage of our policy on ************************ intake form which she signed in 2019.

I understand that if I do not show up for my appointment and have not contacted the office with at least 24 hoursnotice, I will be considered a No-Show and the credit card that I have provided will be charged a fee of up to $50. The fee will be charged to my credit card on file. I understand that Liquivida reserves the right to refuse future appointments to clients who are repeated no-shows. I understand that Liquivida sends reminder emails and text notifications, however, if technology issues occur and the email or text is not sent or received, the above will still remain in effect.

On August 27th, 2024,the office manager tried to contact ********************** regarding this complaint.  A voicemail was left at the number listed on ************************ account stating ********************** was going to refund the no-show fee this one time since she has been a long-time client and this was her first no show appointment.  ********************* did not return the call; she chose to file a complaint instead.
