      They have incredible speed compare with other providers. Great Internet service, good plans to choose from with good value. Their customer service team is amazing! Very responsive and efficient! Highly recommend!

      Ultimate care. Was very responsive when we needed support. I haven't ever had an issue that wasn't fixed on the same day, and usually within the hour. I've been using U2 Connect Now for the internet for around 3 years now, and it's been great! The service is beyond fantastic. Can't recommend enough!

      Used them years ago, had to leave a review. The service is ***************** easy, speed is great and their tech support is very helpful and responds quickly. I have nothing but good things to say about U2 Connect. Supporting not only a local business, but one with an easy customer experience has also been very refreshing. Thank you!

      I recently signed up for U2 Connect Now for ***************** The rep I spoke with was awesome and customer service went the extra mile to expedite the setup process as fast as they could within a week. Overall, a pleasant experience so far with stable connectivity.

      Excellent service with good coverage and great speeds, which was more than enough. Customer service was reliable and explained the simple process of picking up and dropping the device, and the customer service person responded immediately to all my queries.

      The best connection and the fastest speed. I have never had any issues and if there was a problem, service would be provided nice and quick. Keep up the great work!

      I have been without internet service for 3 weeks now and I have tried to contact then just about every day. Email- no answer, chat talk - no contact with anyone!! Phone, I call and get stuck on hold and after a few minutes they hang up. Never able to talk to anyone.

      I have had a very bad experience with U2 Connect Now. My service stopped working in early April and was still not working when I cancelled the service at the end of May using the online cancellation request. When I called to confirm the cancellation a couple weeks later they told me that they haven't received a cancellation request. So I submitted again, but apparently it wasn't processed either. I have called, chat messaged, and emailed multiple times to cancel and request an update. All with no response. As I write this review, I am chatting with their customer service waiting for a confirmation that my service was cancelled. We started the session at 9am. It is currently ****pm and the only response they give me is "waiting for an update, please hold". Meanwhile the company has continues to **** me. They did tell me on one call that I would receive a box a shipping label to return equipment, but weeks later I haven't received either of those items. They also have refused a refund for the months without service. They offered a credit for future usage, but what good is a credit to my **** if the service doesn't work? Working with this company has been incredibly frustrating.

      Weve been with our Internet for 2 months. Its hard to ever get someone on the phone. They do not let us cancel our services after stating multiple times our internet will be activated within 24 hours and doesnt happen.
