      This company is price gouging. They sent me an estimate for $37,000 which included numerous services that the company did not provide: generator with fuel; 3 hours (FEMA disallows charging for this and I had electricity); 3 hours fee for preparing the estimate; removal of insolation (there is no insolation- my house is cinderblock); they charged for four feet cuttings instead of the actual 2' cuttings and some 6" cuttings (no 4' cuttings); charged for dehumidifiers and dryers in every room (there were only three dehumidifiers and four fans (not five dehumidifiers); charged for water removal from floors( carpet was wet; floors were dry); charged for the maintenance of equipment; charged for safety equipment that the workers never had and plastic bags; charged for a dumpster and for removal of debris (everything went to the curb and there was no dumpster. My calculations came to $8,000. They were unwilling to negotiate; that is, to have them suggest what I missed; and then they started bullying me. Finally, they told me that I have to pay them what the insurance paid me for the estimate. When that didn't work, they told me that they would put a lien on my property.
