    I am not going lie, I was very skeptical at first and wondered if I was opening a bigger can of worms BUT, after some tears, pain and suffering on my insurances sideLILY R. made it seem like yesterdays past! I am still dealing with the ** from UPC but at least I know that *** does in fact have my back. I have never filed any claim let alone dealt with the aftermath of hurricane damage to my home. As a Supervisor with a major utility in *******, I have seen a lot of others who have suffered and I am always eager and willing to assist. **** and **** have restored my faith in customer service as well as assisting in restoring my property! I am very glad I went against my gut on this one. My stress levels have dropped and I know they are just a short call or click away. Both are extremely well versed in ******* laws and codes as well as super communicative! We will see what this ride brings but I now know I have a valuable team in my pocket. I pray none of us get any storms, if soI know who Im calling, IMMEDIATELY! Thanks again ****, you rock!!!!
