  On Thursday Morning May 18th Royal Tree Service pulled there Pick up truck an Trailor directly in front of my House, they were performing Tree trimming on my next door neighbors house, they were there approx 8-9 Hours, When the pulled away i was left with a Huge Stain in front of my Home... Not sure if Transmission Fluid or Hydraulic Fluid, It was still Wet when i noticed it. I called the next day an got the run around i finally got a manager named *****, I explained the situation an he told me it was not his Vehicle that left this Stain as i further explained to him it was not there prior to there arrival an was still wet when they left. As i told him he was incorrect he became beligerent an raising his voice an hung up on me so i texted him an have proof of this conversation, The bottom line is they should have parked these unmaintenanced vehicles in front of there customers house, they helped beautify my neighbors house, an Crapped in the front of my House but instead of apologizing and taking 20 mins with one worker with a pressure washer, he threatened me again an said il park any vehicle he wants in the from of my house, Not only a Stain in front of my home but a stain on Royal tree Service, **************** should get involved, ************* like Royal in stead arguing with a senior citizen, should apologize an Clean the stain or they should have parked in front of the paying customer next doors house, Problem is they would have not paid until they removed the stain from the front of there house,but instead They chose to argue with me, it is the royal company serving Manatee County **. an his name is *****.. he has all the photos of the stain on his phone, He should be Fired for misrepresenting Royal Tree Services, My Name is ******* and ***** has all other Info on my address and phone # Thanks for your attention in this matter.. 5-24-23 Location of royal here in manatee and Sarasota County.
