    The office located in ********* *******,never answer phone calls,or email and we need to find a solution to the problem,we had a mobile home at the park that we gave away because we could not afford to pay the lot rent and now the new owner can't move in because they said we violated our lease and there will be a fine fee for that but it has been 2 weeks that we spoke to the vice president and still she has not made a decision what are the feeds,and now no one answer the phone,and we need to resolve this situation,we are still paying the lot rent on time even though we don't live there or own the mobile home,they are harrasing the new owners asking personal questions and not allowing them to move in even though they have been approved to live at the community,they are an old couple that all they doing is try to find peace and comfort on their last days,but the office has made it impossible.
