    The only reason I gave it one star is because I had to leave a review. I have been coming to *** ****** for over ************************************************************ even leave a pair of my glasses with then to have the lenses with prescription they hold on to it for months on ends. They never call to update you and they get mad and make you feel like youre a bother to them. I had orders contacts back on april 24th on June 7th I called because no one had given me an update and every single person in the office gave me the run around and told me to check back in a couple of weeks. It turned out to be their fault as they never called me to tell me there was an issue with the insurance and when I ask them why didnt anyone call me once they had this information they had the audacity to tell me that its is my job to know when theres an issue with the insurance.. how would I know if thats their job?!!! I called my insurance and it was perfectly fine. They office called me back and had me in speak which is illegal when speaking about my medical information and then someone was attacking me on the phone. Today my mother went to finally get my contact lenses and and her I was no longer allowed at this facility and to find somewhere else to go because I harassed them, but yet they were the ones calling me and yelling at me! I am disgusted and surprised this business is still open. **************** comes out every-time to scream at his staff and manager because non of them are capable of filling out simple paper work or even training new hires. I urge you to go to another eye glass place do not take your business to them, and they also tried to keep my money when I requested to return my Dior glasses that I no longer wanted them with prescriptions, and the manager gave me a run around as to why she doesnt have my glasses and she couldnt return my money or give me back my original lenses that came with the glasses until I showed up personally. They are scammers!
