    **** services were provided by this company and paid for. Come to find out the duct work in the attic does not pass code and is incorrect. It is causing an existing damper system not to work while also "deleting" all returns necessary in a house of this size to function properly. The technicians that performed the work removed air returns and instead used the wrong size ducts to push air instead of pull it to allow the air handler to function as it should. My request for reconciliation of this has been met with further charges to repair albeit the business made the mistake.

    Good Afternoon 

    this complaint made against our company is false. We made this customer aware of many issues with the preexisting ductwork as well as damper systems in their home that our company had no part in. This customer is now trying to blame our company for work that was never performed at his residence. We offered an estimate to repair the issues in his home and he now wants it for free unfortunately thats not how the world works. This is defamation against our company and an attempt to get free work on his home.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I am only trying to get the work that was initially supposed to be done complete.  In the attachments you can see the original receipt or work and amount paid.  On this receipt, in addition to the new AC system, "to enlarge 3-4 ducts to compensate for the upgraded system".  This is the work that was not complete, as you can see in the most recent estimate for work needed they are still stating the ductwork needs to be upgraded.  Instead of upgrading the ductwork during the initial work they added ductwork(too small) to blow out of my returns which is incorrect. I'm not asking for free work, and am happy to pay for what needs to be done to the dampers since that wasn't apart of the initial work.
