    After an install of hvac unit, I found duct leaks in attic where tape used to connect new install were not secure. I requested service to correct, but service man refused to even look in the attic. Instead he said they would need to have salesman who sold installation to get back with me, then charged me$49 fee, even though I pay a monthly service contract fee. I was visited by another sales person, never looked in attic at duct leak, wanted to quote duct replacement. I said I wanted duct leak repaired, he said he was sent to quote a replacement. I sent him on his way. I asked a competition hvac service center to look at system. They said they would not repair Millian Aire shabby work, but said a entire duct replacement would cost $15,000.00.
