    We had artificial turf put into our backyard byJohnny ******************* We went with him because he told us that he had done some colleges sports fields from our home state and had done ********************* yard (all of which we found out were lies). The original install in Oct 2021 took four times longer than promised. Since the install we have been fighting for him to fix the work that is done wrong. The yard is graded wrong so we are getting flooding into our pool deck and lanai and throughout the yard. The fill is not absorbent and rocks are rising to above the turf, the seams are horrible, the edges aren't holding around the border of the yard, and the grade of turf is not what we asked for. I have over 100 emails and texts to him asking for issues to be repaired or replaced. ********* sent out a couple of people during the first two years to "fix" the problems, but they ultimately made it worse and then would quit working for him, complaining that ******** was not paying them on time or what they were owed. We have had an attorney contact him a number of times but he will not provide proper information or respond with any sort of resolution. I have contacted him many times via email and text and have asked for the name of the turf manufacturer and the warranty information (we were told it would last 15 to 20 years) and to ask for him to fix our yard and he does not reply. This was an expensive addition to our home. It has never been right and ******************************* is taking no responsibility to fix this. He also has a sea wall business. All I can say is buyer beware.

    The first meeting with this custiomer, i noticed that neighborhood is in a low lying area, many of the yards were not draining well (there was mold on the neighbors vinyl fences, etc) there is a lift station to get water out of the neighbothood as well. The pool decco drain, as well as two downspouts that handled most of the entire roof water run off, all emptied to single point outside of her pool cage. The pool walkway slab had dropped already because it was so wet in this one area.  If this was not addressed, it would be wet there, We offiered to run the downspouts into piping that would run the water to the front of the property which sloped to the road.  I told the customer if we did not address all of this water, then it would always be rather wet in this area. She agreed that it would be ok as is (she told us "she knows construction, her father worked in constuction"  and she did not want to reroute the water runnoff.

    She called after each rain and said it was wet. (really? who would have known?) We went back to put more drainage material in that area and found out that when she had her fence put in the fence contractors had put her fence over her neighborts sprinkler head that was buried a foot deep and ran each day for 45 minutes adding more water to an area that was already saturated when it rained.  We capped off the s[rinkler head, added more drainage material and put down the turf again (all at no charge to customer, even though it was clearly not anything we did wrong)   Removing the buried sprinkler head did help, but still 2 downspouts from all roof water and a pool decco drain into the same 5 foot square area, is not going to drain well.

    I am rejecting this response because: ******** continues to lie and take no responsibility for the poor workmanship and the faulty install of our turf and fill. He also will not tell us what turf we have (name, vendor, color, etc) and I believe this is because he did not give us what we requested and paid for.  Please see my which is in the *** attached.
