    This place is horrible. They are holding my van for repairs that I did NOT authorize and he even admitted it. 45 dollars turned to 830 without a phone call to authorize. This place took the transportation for my service dog, for my disabled husband and all because they did work without my authorization..... And they want MR to pay for that....

    I apologize for the communication breakdown here. I reasoned with myself and saw that the customers are correct, they were entitled to an estimate before ANY work was performed no matter the consequences.  A known-good Cooling Fan Module was needed to test this vehicle for what we diagnosed may be the culprit part. One was not available,so I had to purchase a new one.  That part was installed, and the issue was resolved.  The parts used on this **** ****** Sienna were all necessary for the vehicle to be driven and not overheat.   I offered a settlement of charging cost for the parts, no labor charge. Cooling fan module, Thermostat housing, Thermostat, Thermostat outlet seal, Radiator cap,fluids at cost, and no labor.  They accepted.

    i took my truck into Mancini Automotive in ******, **.They checked it thoroughly (i waited a long time for Enterprise to pick me up)they did not find anything wrong with the CV/UV joints, bearings, etc The incredible and very nice thing was they did not charge. Not *****************, nothing...!Very pleasantly surprised and grateful sincere thanks Gents!

    We were unable to duplicate the noises you were hearing and completely inspected all components to your drive train.  We found nothing wrong at this time.  Therefore, we were not comfortable charging you any fee.

    8/20/22 Pleased to say Joe and Steve made me smile. my f150 lock for spare was jammed and they fiddled with it and all went well they replaced my tire I had ordered . So THANKS TO JOE AND STEVE for going that extra mile
