    We contracted with General Cabinets to tear out and install new cabinets in our condo in August of 2022. The installation should have gone smoothly, but they decided to subcontract it without our knowledge. The installation had many defects, and after several calls, they did come out and fix most of them. But I still have doors that were, and still are, warped. They have given us many excuses for not coming out. They even came out with another warped door worse than the original. There is poor communication with them. Last excuse 2-3 weeks ago was that their tech had covid. I'd just like to have what we paid for. We paid thousands and once they got our money, it went downhill from there.

    This customer was contacted directly by our GM on 11/21 when we were notified of his online "reviews" . Prior to this review he placed, we made contact with Ms ****** ( who is officially the contracted customer) and explained our schedules were interrupted by an installer  scheduled for their service had contracted COVID-  leaving us to fill a 2-week schedule with limit availabilities for the duration of is absence. that was on 11/7/2022

    the "Warped" door he referred to in his review  is and was under a current active warranty replacement.  we had actually been out there on 10/4  to service the warranty replacement door with a new replacement and the new door ended up being warped in a different area upon install as well ( the cabinets this customer purchased come from a manufacture- they were not made in-house custom)  so another warranty replacement  was made and services have been rendered in full to this residence. Services are completed as of 11/22- and  has not sent in an update to his review or correction of such after completions.
