  Excellent workmanship, timely and creative. Started with a gravel sloped backyard to a seawall. Ended with an artistic, level concrete backyard, a new raised seawall, rounded sweeping steps and tiled features.

  In December 2022, we hired *****'s Concrete (aka, ACI Enterprise, llc) to pour a large patio in our backyard and widen our front driveway. The work was completed in a timely manner (at least by laid-back ******* standards) and we have been generally pleased with the work. We would use this company again. We found ACI on ******** and asked them to come out and give us an estimate. ACI responded promptly. The owner came to our house the next day to evaluate the job. He was polite and professional, and he presented us with a formal written bid.We were rather impressed with ***'s work ethic once things were underway. In the past, we've encountered many contractors who start-and-stop, work half-days, and jump from site-to-site in an effort to keep multiple projects running concurrently. ACI didn't do that; they worked on our job rather religiously from start to finish (barring bad-weather days). *** also made a good effort to keep the jobsite clean both during and after the job. When the job was complete, we had very little clean-up left to do. The new patio was basically ready to use and most of our things were already put back where they should be. We were also happy to see the owner function as a primary worker of the crew; he is NOT a hands-off salesman who is just selling and subbing out jobs. And he is NOT an administrator conducting work with migrant crews. The owner actually does the work; he gets his hands dirty. He was right there, personally, donned in overalls and rubber boots, digging in the dirt and screeding concrete along with the others. Overall, we give ACI a very respectable A- rating. They quickly responded to communications. They showed up without making (too many) excuses. They made an honest effort. They gave us a good finished job. They cleaned up their mess, and they charged a reasonable price. That automatically puts them in the top 10% of all contractors we've ever used. We would recommend ACI to our friends. They're legit.
