  Very disappointed with the foundation Luis poured for me on 11/16/23. There was rain in the forecast and I was leaving for the Thansgiving holiday the next day, so he rushed to fit me in and it started raining immediately after the pour. He stated the surface would not be smooth and offered to deduct $1000 off my bill. He informed me it can be fixed by a tile guy (even though I informed him the concrete was going to be the main floor in my home.) When I returned to inspect the foundation and saw how bad it looked, I sent him pictures. I also consulted with a tile guy and two foundation experts. They all informed me that it was a "bad pour" and should be dug up and repoured. I asked Luis to dig it up and repour it and he refused. I then consulted with an Engineer who ran tests to determine the structural integrity of the foundation. I just received the report which shows it is currently at 2000psi, and I was told it was 4000ps which is also indicated 4000psi on my invoice, along with fiber mesh. The fiber mesh all floated to the surface and blew away. So, not only did Luis allow it to rain on a newly poured foundation (without taking any necessary steps to protect it), he also allowed Pasco Ready Mix to pour a soupy mix of concrete at half of the psi I was supposed to get. He also was supposed to place a ground bar in the footer and put in control joints, which were not done. I made the mistake of paying Luis for an unsatisfactory job and asked him to refund my money. He refused, shifting the blame on Pasco Ready Mix. He was the contractor I hired and is responsible for the entire crappy job. He was recommended by a friend of mine, who had a garage slab poured. I would never recommend him.

  This lady is unhappy. We passed all our inspections and did a great job. She
  
  thinks everything is supposed to be done like up north and it’s not. I did
  
  everything to the blueprint. I’m sorry she feels that way.

  Luis is nothing but a liar and a con artist. I’m certainly unhappy for good reason, due to the fact I did not get what I paid for and job not done to specs. Pictures and an engineering report back up my claim. I would post pictures and the report if I had that option. Per the engineer’s recommendation, the foundation is considered a “bad pour” and should be dug up and repoured.

  Disappointing Concrete Stamping Experience I had hoped that my concerns would be rectified by the owner Luis a few months ago when I reached out to him initially. After several months of thinking maybe it would fix itself just as the owner stated, I found it time to write a review. Plus I reached out by email with no response recently so I figure they’ll be ignoring me. I am extremely dissatisfied with the concrete stamping job done by this company after paying 5k. The stamping has areas that are so sharp we recently had someone cut their foot open resulting in stitches. The job was done a few months back and Luis stated it would smooth out. To me the job was done rushed and sloppy and also was completed while we had heavy rains even though I expressed concern over that. Despite reaching out, the company failed to address and rectify the issues. Even attempts to get the owner, Luis, to inspect the problems at my home were ignored only to be told he had come by and taken a look. It would be impossible for him to inspect or touch the entire patio due to us having a fence and a pad lock on the door plus. The lack of accountability and responsiveness has left me with a poorly executed project and a frustrating experience overall that I now have to have someone else fix this. While he was highly recommended, I wish it had turned out differently for our home, I wish our concerns could have been taken seriously.
