    I purchased alcohol ink back and the ink that was sent to me was bad messing up my items that I created using the ink. I have been in contact with them and they keep ignoring my messages upon them receiving the ink back from me. They refusing to send me back a new ink and refusing to give me a refund. At this point that is consider theft. I call them a few times and all they saying they will be shipping me the ink which is a lie. At this point all I want is my money back. I have proof on my email stating that the ink was tested and it had foreign chemical in it that made their fingers stick together. What are they really selling to the public?

    After receiving the ink back from the customer we did test the ink. At that point we did notice a florigen substance in the ink itself. That specific ink has been sold over 5000 times. NEVER has there ever been a problem with it, nor has there been a problem with the other ******* alcohol inks from that specific line that we have sold. Those inks are made in lots. That lot had 1500 other inks of the exact same color from the exact same batch. Not a single one of them were messed up. The customer STILL has a $10 credit on her account from this issue. We have sold over 4 million inks in the last 5 years. We have NEVER had one that had a foreign material in them sent back to us from the customer. 

    It is possible that the customer could have had the ink exposed to anything once it was out of our store. But again, the other 1500 inks from that exact lot were perfectly fine. BUT i will issue the customer a refund of $4.99 for the individual ink. 

    Again, over 4 MILLION inks have been sold without a single ink having anything other than alcohol ink in them. 1 in 4 Million, it is not our fault nor responsibility to what foreign substance entered the ink once it left our store. Thank you again.

    2/9/2024 I placed this order and received tracking but it didnt move. I emailed 2 weeks later asking if it would shipping out soon. i emailed them/talked on the phone with them and chatted with them multiple times a month. finally in june i got an updated tracking only to find out my package was confiscated due to the label already being used. but this was ****s fault and they were supposed to email me with new information. i never received that and i know **** does not do that as my husband used to work for them. *** recently been asking for a refund only to be ignored. its too late to fight for my funds back since i trusted them and believed they would make it right. i was wrong about the character and business practices.

    I believe that we have come to a resolution to the issue. The issue that has arisen from this was entirely not a fault of our own, but a shipping issue with **** and we have resolved it with them.

    Threatening Behavior and Refusal to cancel/ Price Gauging Merchant refusing to give me my money back I placed an order with them wanting 2-3x quality in bigger bottles. They run a sale every other day, my products werent sent out and I did not find it justified to pay $300 more. They refused to cancel and threatened to put my information on blast on tik tok and tell other companies not to do business with me. I did not receive my money back or the product.     ******* has already received her money back from her back via charge back. We are not the only company that she has done this too. 

    We ran a 1 hour sale for 30% off, she wanted 30% of her money back that she has spent with us. That is not how sales work! In the attachments, please see the communication between us. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because:Ive only received partial refund of the $900 charge . My bank suggested that I reach out to BBB  to get the rest of the funds back. The merchant refused to cancel, the orders were not fulfilled. Thus, money is owed.  Money has been taken $700+ and not refunded. I will not be taken advantage of by someone who simply wont cancel my order because it took too and that they wanted 30% more money. Im visually impaired and will not be taken advantage of. As a buyer it is my decision who I do business with. My orders werent even packaged and ready to be shipped when this occurred.  I refused to waste an extra $200 of hard earned money on it.  $900 is not chump change. I will keep fighting to get all my money back. I will add attachments when I receive them from my bank.

    Again, What the customer is stating is STILL not accurate. She has received the products, and had over $500 in chargebacks already issued back to here. We will not be extorted over a SALE for 1 hour that we ran. We refuse to work with, talk to, or associate with this previous customer of ours. Even there bank has deemed the purchases were accurate and delivered in a timely manner, which is why she could not win some of the chargebacks. The ones she did get back were ones that she still owed money on that we have not shipped yet. I hope you see the attached pictures and can see that this is a claim being made form a scam artist, and not a legitimate claim of bad business. We have had over ****** orders this year, and not one complaint. We strive to have the best customer service in the industry. We are #1 for most alcohol inks sold in *****************. Over 1.8 million inks sold. And still not one complaint.

    The customer has already received the money back from the items in dispute. We have worked with the customers bank, and have refunded her the products that she did not receive. She was even refunded orders that she did receive. We do not, and will not work with this customer any further. There is NOTHING else that can be done. A sale is A ***** Black friday comes once a year.... you do not see these people wanting those discounts all year round. SHE MISSED THE ***** SORRY! We have done nothing to make matters worse, and tried to work with her in the beginning. some people are just so miserable that they can not be made happy. Thank you for your time.
