  I contracted with NDFS in August 2024 to replace my cabinet doors with painted doors and paid 50% of the agreed-upon price upfront as required. The entire process from start to finish was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I experienced significant delays and had to constantly follow up to receive updates on the project's progress. The initial installation was flawed, with the island color being incorrect. It became so frustrating that I opted out of some areas of the cabinets not to be painted. To this day, the doors do not align properly, and I am still missing hinges that were promised on three separate occasions. I wish I had seen the previous customer review, our experiences are very similar. Very expensive project with a very poor outcome.

  I contracted with ************************* of New Dimensions Cabinetry and Finishing Services, Inc., March 19th. The agreement was 1/2 down payment at time of signing then balance due when cabinets were returned. I was having my cabinets sanded, painted with soft close hinges added. Cabinets were put back, some were misaligned, but no soft closed doors were added. He returned one time to add base boards, align some cabinets but still 2 of them were not aligned properly so the doors don't the way they did prior to his work. Since then, one of doors broke. I've sent several multiple text messages for a return date of the soft close hinges and to fix the broken door and look at the doors that don't close properly. This complaint is for awareness only. Never paid the balance due until all work is done. It's been over 2 months of me following up. I now had to hire another company to come in and fix everything. I do not recommend this company based on trust and promises. This indeed was a learning lesson for me.
