    Tile flooring install was a disaster as owner spoke no English and used his wife by phone to translate my questions. Did not move my kitchen refrigerator to dinning room which forced me to walk on flooring to get food and drink. As result flooring moved and was uneven. I had to call a plumber costing me $100 to replace bath toliet wax ring which I need to recover cost. They also did not return 4 bags of thinset a d roll whisper mat to floor and decor to credit my charge. I had to hire window and deep cleaning service due to dust which they did take off my bill. Used phone receipt and over charged me for quarter round $85 but cost $.99 per foot

    I am deeply sorry ******* feels this way. First off all we are a small family operated business. We did the best we could with this client. She was very discriminating towards my husband for not speaking English. I the one she referred as the wife on the phone am the 2nd owner. I speak perfectl English. I was upfront with the client stating that the installer did not speak English but I would be available by phone. Client was perfectly fine with that, otherwise I would have walked away from this job. We discounted ******* $310 dollars plus $45 dollars for the glue she failed to purchased to satisfy her inconvenience. The quarter round was a freebie we through in there since Client gave us the whole speech about living on Social Security. We never agreed to buy it, we would just install it at no additional charge. Her invoice was $1,210 + $45 but we settled for $900. Honestly I wanted my husband out of there. She was saying discriminating remarks, comments the whole time and she was mixing beer and wine. Client was threatening with calling BBB the whole time as well. We tried our best to please *******, unfortunately the only way to please her was giving her the work for free. I have threatening text messages as well from the client. Also she wanted us to pay for cleaning services do to dust. I explained we are not a cleaning company. I also have photos of the finished work. She never bought a new wax sealed for her toilet, that also was not included on her invoice. Had she purchased it, would had been installed. We did not think we had to tell a client how to manage with feeding themselves. We thought that if a client is having beautiful porcelain floors installed in their kitchen they wouldnt walk on it or start cooking while its still wet.
