    signed contract for home repairs with F&F on 1-20-23. **** was to be done by August 2023. Contacted ***** multiple times for start date. Company would not respond to inquiries, continually put us off on a completion date. On Oct 2, 2023 spoke to **** who indicated they were in the park and job would be completed. Indicated permits had been obtained. Asked them to send information to me. Never did and permits never obtained. Advised Frank Serini on Oct 31, 2023 that we wanted our deposit of $6800 returned. No response from company until December 28, 2023 , when I informed Mr. ******************** what my next action would be. His response to the refund request was that he does not have the money but working on getting funds. This company is totally unprofessional, does not have good business practices, and obviously used our deposit to fund other jobs Several other individuals in our retirement community have experienced the same issues with *****. **** never completed or no refund on deposit. Have documentation on at least 20 phones calls, 15+ messages, and emails over the course of the last 6 months trying to get this resolved with little or no response from *****.

    Hired F&F Construction on7-13-23 to remove and replace 19 10' insulated pans on lanai. Remove and replace 37 13' pans on carport including beams,poles and gutters for carport and lanai and facia in bronze.Install30 pans on screened cage/10' of gutter 1 downspouts pans on shed roof.Extend lanai 4'x8' 4"concrete slab.Fill in hole in front with rock and concrete,new screen door&16" kick plate.Lanai roof pans were wrong size and applied wrong to create leaks inside on interior wall, and not insulated. No gutters or downspout on any of the home. They created leaks in my shed due to no pans in spot and just taped it. Carport leaks and put on wrong,pans are uneven lengths and holes in them. None of extention in front was done no panels on cage was applied. My leaks inside my home and shed were created by the workers from F&F. I now have water damage to repair. Wont answer my repeated calls and texts.work was promised to be done in weeks and its been months and without any contact from them. I put 2 separate deposits for smaller jobs that they never even brought materials for or started so that was $2,700.00 they took from me. All I want is money back so I can fix my home and the mess they created.

    Paid in full for a carport and siding. *********************** did not complete the job, no flashing installed so carport leaking badly, gutters leaking, siding falling off, posts not secured to ground, downspouts incomplete, skirting vents not installed. Frank and **** will not respond to messages, been under contract for over 200 days. Need resolution

    Contracted in Feb 2023 to repair hurricane damage suppose to replace roof, rewrap mobile home, new lanai, new carport. To date they put on a defective roof and done nothing else. Cannot contact them on phone. They took my $27,000 and disappeared

    I signed a quote for replacement of my carport at my winter residence at ************** *****************************************************************************. Check issued on 2/11/23 and cashed by F&F for $5,170.00 for materials and down payment for job. A second check(certified) was sent certified mail on 8-1-23 for $ ******** for the balance due. The job was to be completed in August. As of 10/3/23 no work has been done at my site. Numerous attempts to resolve with *********************** at ************ and Frank at ************ have only been broken promises to do the job as contracted or refund money. Now need help to resolve and get my $12850.00 refunded so I can contract with a new reputable contractor . I am currently undergoing heart treatment in **** but hope to be released by Dr to go to ******* in upcoming weeks and spend winter there with a completed carport! Requesting F&F to issue a certified check registered mail immediately. Sincerely *********************************
