Service Refunds:

For any products purchased through CoolAir M.D. (such as replacement parts or HVAC equipment), we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the product is unused and in its original condition. If the product has been installed or used, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis, ensuring that the product is returned in a fair and timely manner.
Exchanges:
If you’re not satisfied with any product you've purchased and would prefer an exchange, we are happy to facilitate a product exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
