      We contracted with Cabinet Warehouse Plus after Hurricane Helene to replace the cabinets in our home. We not only brought measurements, but they also came and measured our home twice WHILE the top cabinets were still installed. The initial install was totally wrong! Things were missing from our quote and then we were told we didn't order them! Thank God I still had the paperwork. They tried to "make it work" by cutting off the bottoms of some cabinets which was not acceptable and they blamed it on an employee that was no longer employed there for the error. There were also missing cabinets and cabinets much smaller than I initially ordered. They tried to tell me that was what I ordered but it was not. It is nearly impossible to get the sales guy to contact you back for anything once they have made the initial sale. The top cabinets had to be reworked not once but twice and then pieces were still missing. When we had a meeting at my home to discuss how they were going to "fix" things due to multiple errors on their part, I was completely unimpressed with the owner and his lackadaisical attitude. It took two more trips to "correct" their errors. I had to settle for smaller cabinets. We contracted with them in November and it is now June and I am still waiting on handles that were never ordered for a cabinet that was also forgotten as well as a cabinet skin that is missing. Both my husband and I have missed multiple days of work as well as money from our paychecks due to their screwups. Not only do they not listen but they do not follow through well. I have had to rearrange everything in my life due to the flood and losing everything and you would think someone would try to make it easier but they have only caused me stress and aggravation. I will never do business with this company again and I will tell anyone who will listen not to either.

      Products they provide are very good however, their installation team and project manager are the worst. When we decided to use cabinet Warehouse for our kitchen, master bathroom and main bathroom project the sales team committed to have the project manager onsite and taking photos/documenting the work since we were living in ********** and the work was being done on our home in *******. They gave us comfort that they were capable to manage the project and subcontractors (plumber/electrician). Moreover, they committed to completing the job before we move in on April 26, 2024 and they promised to send photos of the demo, plumbing, electrical and cabinet installation. Needless to say the work was not completed on time and we had several installation and damaged issue that are still unresolved. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY TO DO WORK ON YOUR HOUSE!

      Hello,

      I am sorry you feel that Cabinet Warehouse did not meet your timeline for your project. However, there were no promises made regarding a project finish date. When you signed the contracts for this job back in December 2023 stated at the top of your invoice that you signed off, states the project was not to begin until April 2024 when you closed on the job address listed. Another agreement you signed breaks down the timeline of your project and our process. When you read over the timeline document, its pretty clear that any project that includes special order cabinetry (like one of your bathrooms required) can take up to 4-6 weeks just for the cabinetry to arrive at our warehouse and that does not even include any of the labor process of the job. We have text message records of updates provided to the customer throughout the project.  If you feel there are items that still need to be addressed after signing the project completion form,Cabinet Warehouse will honor that. We will be reaching out to the customer to set an appointment for the owner to visit the job and make a final list of items that need to be addressed.
