      My father's probate was scheduled to be finish at the end of September. I contacted Mr ********************** and he only called me back once. Things were not filed in a timely fashion. On November 7th, the judge finished all of his part and electronically sent the statement to the Mr **********************.Mr ********************** will not return my phone calls or let me know the status of things. He is withholding my money and property at this point.

      ********************** first assertion has no basis in fact, because there was no "scheduling" that could be done - once all relevant estate documents are filed with the Probate Court, it is up to the Probate Court to sign the court orders. Second, all telephone contact with ****************** had to be blocked because of his constant vile and abusive language directed to my staff. Third, although the Probate Judge signed the court order directing how this estate is to be distributed (see the attached court order), that just means that the financial institutions now had to be sent a certified copy of the court order, and we have to wait until they respond accordingly; some of the funds have been paid into my trust account already, but I am waiting for the other financial institutions to comply with the court order. I cannot distribute any of the estate funds until I have received all of the estate funds into my trust account. Furthermore, ****************** is NOT my client - my actual client is *************************, the executor of this estate. I have only been communicating with ****************** as a courtesy to him, up to when he became abusive. Lastly, I already informed ****************** that his one-half of the ******* real property in the estate has been transferred into his name. Accordingly, it my position that ********************** complaint is without merit.
