  Best support staff on the planet. The arsenic filter I purchased was amazing. I was worried because it was so inexpensive and I had so much arsenic in my water. But it worked instantly and perfectly once I installed it. The support staff helped me get exactly what I needed, showed me a simple DIY video to make installation easy. I will say they were pretty resistant that I follow the instructions as directed. They were very up front that the only time the filter doesn't work is when people wing it and do not do things right. So I did exactly what they suggested, which was really simple, and it worked perfectly. I have tried numerous arsenic filters over the years. While everyone promises success, most fall terribly short. This was the only company to get it right, and they were so helpful and friendly too. I will be getting a complete system for my mom's home, who has a problem well. This the only company I will ever use for filters, because it is low cost and great results!

  Customer Service is horrendous. I called to get clarification that the R.O system filters I ordered were the correct ones as they did not look like the original. The first person I spoke to was very kind, but thought it would be best for me to speak to someone that is more knowledgeable. From the start of the conversation it was obvious that this person was having a bad day and decided to take his frustration out on me. I tried to explain my situation to him as best I could. After telling me that my R.O. system must have at least 4 filters, it's not an RO system and I must be wrong. Ours has 3 filters. I provided the model number to him to look it up. He returned to the call more upset than before. I'm not certain, but I suspect that he looked up the system I have and realized that he was mistaken. He went on to tell me "You just don't know what you're talking about" and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back to speak to the friendly person that answered the call initially and explained the situation to her. She informed me that she would make sure the appropriate personnel were made aware of what happened and offered to connect me to someone else. I politely declined and will work with a different company moving forward. I hope they record their calls and someone can listen to the discussion. Quite frankly, I'm simply in shock at what just transpired. Unbelievable!

  They claim to have the products that can filter out arsenic but I have proof that they can not filter arsenic. In fact not even by a small amount. Wasted over $5000 on their product and they don't have a care in the world. Poor customer service too!

  Buyers beware! While Ive had good luck with this company in the past this time was not a pleasant experience. I ordered a reverse osmosis system from them that was advertised as being 3/8 ported system and they talked about 1-4 systems being cheap and not enough volume to feed many ice makers. When I received the reverse osmosis system it was all 1/4 ported and had broken fittings on it from shipping. They told me they had recently changed the system they carry but hadnt updated their website. They also said theyd ship the broken parts out right away. After a week and 3 phone calls I still dont have the parts and feel like Ive been ripped off.
