    Transaction 2 22 2024, paid *** to ship package tablet to *****, paid *** $146 to pack and ship package,package was returned because, you can not ship from *** to ***** with a battery in equipment, *** should have know, this, before shipping, I want refund of $146, because package was not deliver. The package was returned to ***** who lost package and have no idea where its at, Package was insured thru **** for $500, I want payment of insurance of the amount of $500 for lost package, item $500 tablet bought new 2023, *******************************, refused to help in the refund or the insurance of the lost tablet, kept says it was not his problem, but he was the person who shipped package

     I'm sorry your package got returned but when you choose a **** shipping option at the *** store we have no control or liability on the package. the post office will not speak to me and tell you why it was return. your package was not returned to my location. we don't do refunds on international shipping or post ****************. about you receiving poor customer service id suggest treating others as you wish to be treat.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I took the package to *** store they are the one who shipped the package, ***** I did not select **** the *** store did, the package was returned because the store employee entered the wrong shipping code, I paid the *** store to ship the packGe they are responsible for the package reaching the destination, it their fraught the package was not delivered, took them over two hours to ship the package while I waited, the refund should be paid because it was their error, insurance for the package was paid for in the *** store, they insured the package
