    July 14 2024 had back drive paved pre that had ***** come out and gave estimate to do he inspected site and quoted 5500 to asphalt and grade on July 17th called him and told him I had a few bad spots with settlement where his machine got stuck and fell *** ft into base lots of spots with dirt on surface of asphalt on July 17 he said they was stress cracks and would heat aut and start coming back together ? On July 27 asked if he could come by quite a few bad spots coming up on aug 5th he advised he was paving one around the corner from me and he would advise what day finally on aug 16th Vinny came by a said he was going to wait until he did ther drive in case he needed asphalt on sept 3rd ***** advised he will need *** ******* of asphalt his son and helper came by and smeared asphalt on bad spots wow on oct 3oth I texted ***** and said that fix was a failure as it all came up with no vehicular traffic on it and the settlement area where his paving machine got stuck was getting worse he advised back he was out of town and I must have a water and base issue ? One excuse after another! On nov 14th I asked what was the plan and was told when he did my neighbors seal coat he will inspect sent another text Han 4th he responded they were going to start seal coating week of Jan 15th I responded good as my spot getting worse on feb 18th I sent another text I needed my drive fixed again he said he was out o town on feb 27th I sent another text whats your plan I need my drive fixed he responded we will be a *** of weeks out and thre would be a charge !!!
