    I had a roof installed 08/2022. Failed initial inspection. Tried calling Melady Roofing left messages, no response. Went to attorney that called and got through to Melady Roofing. Next day owner showed up at house and his worker showed up and did what the inspector requested. Now found out that the permit expired and Melady did not pay for re-inspection to have the inspector come back out. Filed a case with the ********************

    Keith Melady , Repaired old wood and put a flat roof with a 2.5 pitch on the back of my home about a year ago. It is now leaking where the wood was replaced. I have called, texted and messengered.I have not heard from him. If you look at the attached documents it states 10 year workmanship warranty. I just need my roof fixed correctly. can you please help me.

    Mrs. ******* did have a problem with her roof leaking after we replaced her flat roof. We did go back and repair the roof and have not heard back for over a year now.

    First contacted me Melady for a quote and he gave me one, he stated he was using a rubber roof for the flat part which is exactly what I wanted. It was approximately $2000 more than the other roofers estimates but I was away On business And he did the job. I get back to find out he used a asphalt roll roof like everyone else was using claiming that it was a rubber roof with multiple seams and puddles on the roof and discolored tar. I'm no dummy, I manage several properties, that's my job. I questioned him and he tried to convince me that it doesn't matter that if I had a question I should have asked him but I looked up what he wrote in his proposal exactly before he did the work and a video of a real rubber roof came up being installed. Exactly what I wanted because it was a flat roof. Look up ********** rubberoid roof) he said it's the same thing but it's not even close. It's misleading and he's a scam artist. He threatened to put a lean On my House. I didn't realize till after the job he was a con man and I saw the work On the Roof along with several seams, no rubber roof and a puddle On my Roof. The other estimates were $2000 cheaper and they were going to build up the low spots. Also realized no plywood was changed also that the other roofers were making sure it was solid. He intentionally used wording to mislead me and the general public and threatened to put a Lein On my House. Don't trust this guy, he is a scam artist I tried to find permits pulled for this job and couldn't find any of them. As a licensed insurance agent I know a insurance company will not insure this roof. ****** work and not what I was promised. He used fancy wording for asphalt flat roll roofing, not a rubber roof as promised. Way to many Seams and are peeling and curling upwards. Discolored tar which they don't used On rubber Roofs also shows tar is mixing with water. Stay away from him

    Mr. ***** received an estimate of exactly what product was being used on his project. After the job was completed he called the county, state and insurance regulations, trying anything not to pay us and get us in trouble. Everything was done to state and county regulations and passed all inspections. We are a state licensed and insured roofing company to complete any roof in the state.
