    A couple months back I posted needed to find someone to help my mother with her roof who was on a fixed income and taking taking care of her two younger great grandsons. Well **** Richardson with Richardson Roofing LLC.They came to my mothers home there in ******** on Wednesday June 21, 2023 morning did a complete tear off of all old shingles. On one side of her house they had to tear of old boards due to a sagging issue. The reinforced the trusses and put new plywood up to get rid of the sagging issue and then put on the new shingles on. They also sealed around the chimney and and put eves back up for my mother all completed in one day. The company kept my mother informed on every step with pictures so she did not have to come out and see what was going on. THEY DUE AMAZING WORK WIHT EFFIENCY

    Richardson Roofing installed a roof on my house in July 2021. Mr. Richardson never submitted the Compliance Affidavit to Pasco County. This document is required for a final inspection. Mr Richardson let the permit expire and I have had to pay $45.00 to reopen this permit. However, the required document has still not been permitted to Pasco County. A year later and this is still not resolved, the permit is now open again at my expense
