The stucco was not applied on the stem wall. We contacted the owner and he acknowledged what we were referring to and said hed come out and apply it within the week. We are now at 5 weeks since we brought it to his attention. After numerous texts and calls, he still hasnt resolved the issue. We keep getting excuses; team cant/wont do it, wife out of town, Ill come do it myself but he doesnt show, etc. The house has since been painted and the painters have said theyll paint it when theyre here for the interior. But, if the stucco is not applied by then, theyre not coming back and we have to paint it ourselves. We paid in full via cashiers check and we want what we paid for, complete stucco on the back of the house.

    Business Response

    Date: 11/29/2023

This verbal response was taken by BBB.

I had completed this job and did not know anything more needed to be done until 17 days later when I received a text telling me more work had to be done.

I have every intention of going back out to finish this work but I now no longer have any employees working for me and am doing all jobs on my own. He will need to wait until I can get him on my schedule.

The work will only be a 1/2 day job. I will be calling him to schedule the work within 2 weeks.
