    There name is on the back of the trailer. When contacted they said call who worked on trailer.

                              ************** called on behalf of his daughter ,She is actually the purchaser of the trailer. The original call was for a leak in the trailer roof. ************** was asked to have his daughter bring the trailer in so we can address the issue and we were informed the trailer is not in the state of ******* {we are located in ******, *******} We then referred ************** back to the original manufacturer of the trailer as we do not have the ability to help further. We recommended the factory be advised for further   assistance. ************** was told several times if the trailer was here we would help and or repair the trailer as needed. We provide warranty care for our customers as a courtesy, especially to those that are far from the factories but closer to us. We work with the factories for our customers and in some instances they are transported back to the factory if we are unable to complete the repairs in house. As ************** and the original purchaser {whom we have never spoken to} are in a completely different state. We are quite literally powerless to help and the reason he was referred back to the factory. We also told ************** to be sure and ask manufacturer if they had a dealer closer to him in ********** that may be able to provide assistance or help with warranty issues.     I am rejecting this response because:

    Im contacting you regarding my case #******** which I just read the email back from the R&R unlimited which everything in that email was a complete lie. They never reach out to me regarding my trailer and the leaking. They never not once said for me to bring the trailer down to ******* when I leave in **********. Never mentioned about having someone fix it here no nothing. That whole email is was complete lie and I cant believe someone would even say something like that.
