    I have had nothing but issues with this company. From lack of communication and clear instructions at the beginning as far as the product goes, to a broken link and an agent claiming they would email me in 24 hours yet it's been almost a week now with no response. I would like to warn others and also hopefully get my money back.

    Hi,

    Were sorry to hear about your experience. We have communicated with you four times via live chat and also sent an email regarding your query. On January 1st, we provided the correct link and explained that your purchase was for our digital product rather than a kit. When you attempted the link again on February 3rd, the site was undergoing maintenance, which was communicated to you at the time.

    That said, we completely understand your frustration and want to make things right. If you no longer wish to use our services, I'll put the refund through for you.

    I placed an order on Feb 10th, 2024 through Sensitivity Check for an allergy test kit to be mailed to me so I could test myself. I paid $43.98 which was a sale price for the kit, as well as $0.44 for an international fee (which I didnt know I would be paying). The money was taken out of my bank that same day and when I contacted them via message they informed that they mail out the kits between 2-5 business days. Well I never received it and when I went on my account on their website it showed the order was completed. When I messaged the company via the contact us link on their website I was told that I didn't get an email about them receiving my order because their was a "glitch" in the system. I was then informed it was still in "process". I was told that I should get it soon. I waited another day and still nothing in the mail or email for that matter. I then asked for a refund and all of my messages was ignored. Now when I go on their website to see my account information the website just says "BLOCKED" at the top. I want my money back as I never received my order.

    Thank you for reaching out, we have just received this letter at our ** depot, hence the delay in coming back to you, we do apologies. As the BBB is an unapproved mailer at our *** centre, it's not opened there, and therefore takes additional travel time. 

    We are very sorry that you had an issue with our site, during the month of February we had some sustained DDOS attacks, which resulted in some repeat customers being caught up in the firewall which was added, and blocked their IP addresses. We did report this on our social media channels, however we are sorry, we couldn't see who was blocked, and who was not. 

    I can see that your email was responded to within our SLA of 48 hours. I can also see that according to our tracking, your kit was dispatched 12th Feb and delivered 20th Feb: **********************************************************************************
