      My main complaint is with Fluidity customer service. I was under a 1 year subscription which ended in November. In my review of my credit card I noticed a $150 charge from Fuidity. My first reaction was to blame it of some kind of automatic renewal they had on my account. I called their customer service number only to have a prerecorded massage to email for help within 24 hours. After 4 attemps and a week later I still have not heard anything from them. I don't have access to my account in order to manage it also.
      I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company. If that does not work I will reconnect with BBB to ask for your help to resolve the issue.

      I placed an order for very expensive bungee cords to use with the Fluidity bar along with subscribing to the online classes. They activated the classes and never sent the bungee cords. I have tried along all day long for days, left numerical voicemails and sent emails none of which were answered. The online classes were on auto subscription and your cannot get the company to cancel or unsubscribe to them. I would recommend that you should never do business with them.
