      This is not a reputable company. They do not adhere to their shipping/order/return policies. They delay shipping without informing or updating customers. They did not even ship my order until I asked for a refund, and I'm sure that it was only shipped to make the refund process more difficult. **************** is very difficult to even get a hold of, and their business phone is very unprofessional. It constantly just goes to a generic/standard voicemail.

      I ordered 3 pairs of sunglasses and unfortunately they are just too big for my face. I sent a email and got all the return information. Sent them back and have been waiting over 3 months for a refund and still have not gotten it. Emailed several times and have received 2 replies saying they are looking into it at the warehouse. Have called and reached out on automated chat with no help

      This company sent me broken sunglasses. I reached out to their ******** page, as well as their email address. I received an automated response via email, but after two weeks no one has gotten back.
      I also commented on the ******** post and did not receive a response there either. They were responding to other people leaving positive comments, but not to me.
