      I purchased a Highland Mint GU Pitching Rubber Plaque from *********** at ********** Team store after a Red Sox game. I went to sell on **** and buyer notified me the *** hologram stated it was from ************* not ***********. I tried resolving with *** but got no where. Since Highland Mint sold a product and misrepresented it was from another Park I would like to either be reimbursed for the cost of the plaque($50) or receive a replacement plaque from Highland Mint(GU Pitching Rubber) from ***********.I have screen shots of the plaque from and back and closeup of the hologram on the piece of pitching rubber.

      The *** Hologram was initiated with *** issuing the incorrect data.  This is in the process of being fixed by ***.  The customer has since been contacted by The ****************** and we shipped the customer a commemorative piece in which he agreed to receive to resolve this complaint.  I have attached a copy of the order with tracking to show the piece shipped out as of 03.08.24.

Please have *** or Highland Mint send me an update on the status and timetable for fixing the hologram error for the game used pitching rubber

      I purchased a *** finals MVP plaque on Dec 23 *****. Which was fine but when it came to choose shipping I chose 2 day shipping. That's what I was charged for and payed for. 9 days later when the product was shipped they sent it using regular *** ground which takes 6 days. I emailed 4 times with no reply back and called once and was literally hung up on before I could even say anything and told to call back the next day!? Very unprofessional and that is stealing and want my 20 some odd dollars back is what I want

      Order was received on 12.23.23.  Our offices were closed for the week of 12.25.23 due to holidays and to do year end inventory counts.  On 12.26.23 - our *************************** did respond to an e-mail from ************************ stating that his order would be processed in  3-9 business days, at which time he thanks us for our quick response and states 3-9 days, I see. OK (as shown on attachment with copy of e-mail correspondence).  When our offices reopened on 01.02.24, **************************** order shipped.  Unfortunately, it seems that *** had a delayed trailer (as show on attachment as well) that delayed the order arriving to him until 01.09.24.  We have refunded shipping costs of $21.41 to ************************ as a resolution to this complaint.
