    *** makes it impossible to speak to live rep either through their website, or on the customer service number they provide on their website I was given a tracking number that their system doesn't recognize, and they make it impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. An AI bot will not forward the call to a live representative no matter which choice you make. Then it will end the call. The website is also the same. They only offer a chatbot, and when it can not recognize the tracking number, it will not give you a live chat agent either, only providing the same phone number. This is obviously done by design. They prevent callers from ever reaching a live agent, so they can eliminate the jobs these customer service agents once filled. This is deplorable on a multitude of levels.

    We have tried to reach this customer via the phone number given and then also via the e-mail and customer have not called us back or responded.  The issue which customer is complaining about is something that we have no control and so please close this complaint.  We are franchised location which is not owned by *** or *** Store but a local franchise owner.  The phone number works fine with all other customer and so please ask customer to patiently follow the prompt and some one would come on line to discuss their concerns.  We have no way to know their tracking number to help them out unless they answer our call with tracking number or write back to us.  We are here to help and strongly believe in customer service but if we don't have what we need then we cannot help.  Please close this complaint.  Thank you

    We shipped an ****** return at this**** store on 7/27/2022 (Tracking number is ******************)
    *** tracking shows that the package has not left their location now 6 days later. I've called them a couple of time about this but they never answer their telephone number and have failed to return voice messages I left them.
    We want a refund for the $24.99 value I paid for the item which ****** refuses to pay because they've not received the return.
