    Purchased a lawn mower from Causeway Mowers on June 2022 and when I received it the mower was damaged on one side. It looks like it was dropped during shipping. I called Causeway mowers several times (5 to 6) and can't get anything resolved. I sent photos as they ask and nothing happened. The Lawn Mower cost $572.60 and I can't use it. I took the mower to a repair shop and they said a new deck would cost $67.00 plus tax and shipping about $100.00. They said they would change out the deck for about $150.00. I NEED HELP.

    We regret the delay in responding to your inquiry, we had shipping company pick up from you. They have denied our claim as to mower being damaged by them. We are in the process of getting the mower back from shipping company. We have issued a full refund on your ****** order as of today. Sorry for the inconvenience. Causeway Mowers

    A refund was issued to you on 8/15/2022. I have issue a call tag for the mower because you did not want it repaired. We will need the mower back or we can reverse the refund. Please advise. Thanks

    Waited 2 months for a reply. No response. So I spend another $200.00 dollars to have it fixes. So now I have $742.00 invested in lawn mower that cost $542.00. DA!!! What do you think.

    I do not want a refund. Please get your money back from ******. This was reported earlier in this compliance. It was not right that I never got a response until I contacted the BBB.
