On July 31st we took our Samsung Note 20 into this store because the screen wasn't displaying anything. The phone worked completely other than that. You could answer calls, here message alerts, etc... and only the screen wasn't working. They stated that it needed a new screen and that would be $380. We left the phone with them for two hours and thirty minutes. When we came back they said that they had replaced the screen but it didn't resolve the issue. They suggested that it could be a motherboard issue and that we should take it somewhere else to be looked at. They didn't charge us for their time which we thought was nice at the time. We discovered why they didn't charge us later. We found a Best Buy that was certified to work on Samsung phones in Lakeland FL. After looking at the phone for 10 minutes they asked where we had taken the phone previously. We told them IFixandRepair in Indian Harbour Beach. They said that they had never seen someone ruin a phone so drastically when attempting to replace a screen. They discovered that the charging port had been completely broken, screws had been stripped, one of the motherboard chips had been broken in half, and some of the metal connections had be completely cut. The phone was inoperable at this point. We left the phone with Best Buy for a day and they tried to replace / repair as many parts as possible but they were unable to fix the phone. They stated that if would have brought the phone to them they could have replaced the screen for $270 and it would have been 100% operational. Instead, we had to purchase a new phone that cost $1200. We feel that the IFixandRepair company owes us the difference between the cost of the new phone ($1200) and the cost of the screen repair they charge ($380) which should have fixed our phone. They owe us $820 for breaking our phone. They have not replied to either of the emails that we sent them to *********************
