**** ********* my name is ***** ** ***** I own Professional contracting and handyman services.  I am responding to a dispute. ID # ********* On or about ********* *** ****** **** ******** reached out to me for a deck to be built. The deck was supposed to be 30' ft. x 12' ft. Deck with a ramp. I gave an estimate of

******* with a deposit of ******* which is *** . This deposit is/was to be paid before work starts. Mr. ****** said he would zell it to me in payments. I advised him the deposit would need to be paid before I started, to which he agreed to. I received ** ****** zell payments and  ** ****** zell payment over a 3 month period. I advised Mr. ****** to hold the money until he had it all but he sent it anyway. Then out of no where he said he talked to a friend and the ***** he sent should be 3 times the amount needed to build this deck. I advised Mr. ****** that this was not feasible.  Mr ****** said he had gotten in over his head and couldnt afford to move on. He then threatened leagle action. I told Mr. ****** if this is what he wanted it was his right to do so. He then wanted a refund. And I advised Mr ****** that there would be charged restock fees and that some of the materials were past due to be refunded, since I bought materials already. And that I would have to bill him for my time as well. He then said for me to build what I could for what he had Givin me a total of ******. And to stop at this point. I advised Mr ****** that I could not build a 30 ft x 12 ft covered deck with ****** .  Mr.  ******  then changed the size of the deck to 12 ft. X 12 ft. . He then stated his friends had advised him that it was more than enough by 3 to 4 times the amount needed. I then told Mr. ****** that this he would still need approximately $******$***** more than he had givin me to build a deck of this size. Mr ****** then asked me to do what i could and stop at ****** and that he would do it in stages as he got the money. I advised Mr ******  if he wanted me to make a big change like that I would need it in writing.  And that he would need to email me exactly what he wanted. Mr ****** then sent me an email which I included in this response that stated He had gotten in over his head and to build a 12 ft x 12ft deck and to stop at ****** . After going over what exactly he wanted I started his project.  And I stopped when materials and labor added up to ****** *  I didnt want any problems so i purposely went over by  approximately *******  I did not want to leave a project that was not **** complete but I am a small company and I can not afford to give customers free materials and labor in this amount. I stopped at ****** over and advised Mr ****** if he wanted more to be done he would need to come up with the money to do so. I am truly sorry Mr. ****** could not complete his project but like I told him his money problems are not mine and I can't give thousands of dollars in free labor and materials away nor can I let my customers dictate my fees and/or how much something costs. I have no problem finishing Mr. ****** deck when he gets the money to do so. But I can't give $******$***** of work away for free . Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter and have a blessed day.

                                    THANK YOU

                            ***** ** ***** ***
