    Hi,I have sent my Pavoni Espresso Machine for repair on two occasions.Both times the unit is returned with leaks from the tank, and then stops operating.My total costs are $778.42 to date.It was suggested to send the unit back for a third time.Shipping costs are costly, about $125 each time the machine is sent.The repairs were under warranty each time.******* is the owner, and she does not appear to take any responsibility for her failure to properly repair the unit x2.Enclosed are the emails between us, outlining several suggestions that seem fair to **** hope you can help make a fair resolution to this issue.****************** ****************************
