    Back in April I got another recall note and didn't want to drive to ************ and discussed with **** ****** and keyscales were shady I called and spoke to service manager. They were going to schedule a service. And never did and spoke to them and now they are refusing to after telling **** customer service they would help me out service manager is really rude

    They have had my truck since 2/5 and the promise data is next Friday and they haven't even touched it. I just went in to check on progress and it's sitting in the same spot it was dropped in. Repairs were supposed to start 2 weeks ago. Was lied to about time to get a tie rod. I checked how long it would take to get a tie rod before I even dropped it off and it was 3 days so how can a service and collision center not get one for a month? Lies. Thrown a bunch of BS about them being backed up. If that's the case and you run a professional service then you knew you were backed up when you issued the promise data and should have adjusted the promise and repair start date based on your workload.. Lastly, when the repair didn't start when it was supposed to I was not given any notice or contacted telling me there would be delays. Work has not been done on my vehicle for a month and no communication about it at all. Declined giving me a rental vehicle even though all delays are solely their fault and I am left without a vehicle to drive at all and something that pulls my trailers which I need for business and recreation.

    My vehicle was in an accident and they were supposed to repair and repaint it. All they did was repaint it and did not actually repair all the damage. Now the insurance won't pay for anyone but them to do the work as they started it. I need them to either return the money so I can go elsewhere or repair it properly.
