    I booked at Breezy Palms in February of 2022. On Nov. 1, 2022, I called the hotel and cancelled my reservation. According to their written cancellation policy and what they said on the phone they agreed to refund $268.07 to my Mastercard ending in ****. I made several more calls in November when I noticed that I didn't receive the refund. On Nov. 21st they claimed to have refunded my Mastercard but claimed I wouldn't "see it for a few weeks because of fraud" on their account. When I didn't have the refund on January 1st, I called back and was given a reference # and token # and was told I needed to contact my bank (Huntington) to get it resolved. After multiple phone calls and research by **************** it was found that the refund was processed by Breezy Palms to my Mastercard ending in ****. On 3/15 I e-mailed Breezy Palms the Mastercard statement from 11/1-12/31/2022 showing that refund was never processed. Breezy Palms continues to claim they processed the refund and have not returned my phone calls.

    Hello,

    We have spoken with this guest more than *********************************************** the attached we processed the refund as stated. The guest was not able to find the original charge, and we are not going to refund the funds again without the proper corresponding charge, we asked her to call her bank and process a charge back and we would let it run. However we would be at a loss since this was refunded...... We contacted our merchant and confirmed this was processed so at this point she needs to figure this out with her bank. we provided all this information. At this time this is a closed case.
