BEWARE! Do not use this company! We used Keys Window and Door in the 2018 with no problems, but our recent experience was a nightmare. In October 2023, we signed a contract with owner ************************* for new impact windows and doors and paid a large deposit. He promised a 2-3 month wait, but after December 2023, he stopped returning calls and emails. We waited patiently for months and sent a certified letter demanding our deposit back or completion of the work. The letter was returned undelivered. We then learned from the Monroe *********************** that there are other victims and a warrant is out for ************************ arrest. His office is now vacant!Keys Window and Door is still operating websites and responding to online reviews, creating a false impression of legitimacy. Don't be fooled! Our case is now being handled by Monroe ***********************. Please do not do business with this company or give him a deposit!

We made a 50% deposit for impact windows in October 2022. It is now June 2024. Haven't been able to reach anyone at this company via in person visit, phone, text, email or certified letter since my check was cashed nearly 2 years ago.

After viewing neighbors new windows installed by Keys Windows and Doors of Islamorada Fl we decided to have them give us a quote. **** *., owner of the company came by in Late April and provided the quote. The first week of May 2023 we decided that he would do the installation and he came by and picked up a check for half the installation cost. At that time he indicated that he would be able to schedule the work for late July/early August 2023 . We attempted to contact him when we heard nothing by early September. We have been attempting to contact him by phone, text and email every week or so since. No communication at all initiated by Keys Window and Door Company. At his time we would not recommend this business. We feel that this is not the way to treat customers and think the public should be warned of his activity.
