      **************** We contacted Neligan Construction & LLC concerning roof damage that occurred during the storm Ian. The Neligan representative contacted us prior to arriving to say when he was going to come by for the appointment. He was on time and very professional. He explained what he was going to do during his examination of our roof. He took his time and he was very thorough. He explained what damage we incurred during the storm. He explained what was needed to do the repair. We were very satisfied with their service. We highly recommend Neligan Construction Company due to their professionalism, skills to perform the job, on time service, and ability to clearly explain what was needed to do the repairs. No confusion. Great Job. Thanks.

      **** at Neligan Construction and Roofing did an amazing roof repair on our home. It was a very small job and they were more than happy to help us. **** did a great job and took the time to find the right siding that only one company had. He did some research and found them. We are so happy with the work and care **** took. I would recommend this company to anyone.

      Used Neligan Construction for a new roof and new gutters. Excellent experience from the first phone call to ask for a quote to the final inspection. Everyone was very professional and made the job very easy for me, including working with the HOA where I live which also requires approval in advance for new roofs. Work turned out fantastic!!!! Job done as scheduled for price quoted, and done on time. Workers were very tidy. Had no problems. Would definitely use them again.
