  Singular Sleep is one of a kind. It is a one-stop shop for sleep disorder treatment. They are great people.

  I started the process of purchasing a cpap machine - they quickly took my order (with no ability to assess available stock, so I proceeded on faith), and processed my payment. That was the last quick thing that happened with this organization. After that, I attempted to get information on shipping status - but the order desk had no line of sight to shipping, so I waited for days. Then, after another outreach, I was informed it was 'shipping tomorrow'. Yay! After waiting several days, then reaching out for status, I was told a manager would reach out to me asap. That took a day - at which point, I was informed that the item was not in stock, and stock would not be replenished. I cancelled my order with Singular Sleep, after which I received a bill for an alternative machine that cost about $200 more. A mistake which was easily corrected (thankfully). But based on comedy of errors, I will not order - anything - from Singular Sleep again. It feels like a 'bedroom business' that is very informally managed. I'm not saying that is what it Is - but it certainly feels like it.

  My favorite class in graduate school was about the winning **************** Physical Activity Sleep I documented about each of the three for a whole semester. Strange, right? Focusing on yourself. It was Fall in ******.I picked apples at **************. And swam at ****** Pond.This was considered homework as long as I documented it online in these tangled posts called threads. This was so enjoyable and it was graduate school. But there is always that one piece of the puzzle that gets lost on the floor.Or in my case, under the bed. Five letter word. Sounds like the opposite of shallow.I have been asked the questions by doctors for years and years. OVER and OVER. Difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep?Caffeine and alcohol intake?Pets, partners, or children in the bed?During my consultation and evaluation by ****************** I felt that he listened to my concerns. Most doctors interrupt using their "doctor" ***** so they don't have to hear your stories and can end the visit sooner. ****************** patiently listened and seemed to genuinely want to understand. He helped me think of my conditions from a new perspective. Most importantly, unlike other sleep specialists, primary care doctors, or neurologists, ****************** did not just hand me a prescription for a bunch of pills. He interpreted my home sleep results promptly, but by then my sleep had already improved with his sleep hygiene techniques. Now that I have implemented my CPAP device (and worked with his staff to trouble shoot for a mask that worked for me) that other triad (my ****************** seems to be healthier and happier.

  I have done several sleep tests with Singular Sleep as that is part of my job requirements. They have always been very courteous and timely. The doc is nice and the staff is very sweet. I'll continue to use their services until I retire.

  I purchased a Transcend 3 Auto Mini CPAP Machine 2 weeks ago. I used it for the first time this weekend. After less than 10 minutes I had to turn it off. It was so loud I couldn't sleep. I wanted to exchange it for a quieter unit, willing to pay any premium. They wouldn't allow this because I opened the packing. I believed I had 30 days to return this unit if not satisfied but was advised that only applied if the box was never opened.This is a medical device that requires a prescription and you're not allowed to open the package, turn the unit on and test the device.This is the most ridiculous and unacceptable policy I've come across. If the medical device doesn't work for the patient you should at least have the option, within a reasonable amount of time, to look into other, more suitable options.Buyer be ware, the staff was useless, I would never use this firm again and would recommend that you avoid this firm.

  Dear ***, The relevant portion of our return policy as posted on the website is stated below: "You may return unopened, unused products up to 30 days from the original ship date for a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. Due to sanitary issues, all products must be unopened to be eligible for return. CPAP and related machines will not be eligible for return if usage hours register >0 and/or visible signs of wear are present."The return policy can be viewed in its entirety here: https://www.singularsleep.com/pages/return-policy Since you have used the machine, we cannot take it back as a return. However, we would be willing to provide you with a discount on another machine as a gesture of goodwill. Please contact us at ************ to discuss this. We might suggest contacting a retailer that specializes in used PAP machines such as Second Wind CPAP to see if they would be willing to purchase your Transcend 3.

  Again, buyer be ware, there are other firms that allow trial periods. I would recommend to anyone that you look into one of those other firms. These are not cheap devices and if they don't suit the patient you need reasonable options."Sanitary Issues", poor excuse, I work in the medical industry. We safely and effectively sanitize equipment every day.

  I did not appreciate that they tried to sell me equipment for twice what I ended up paying for it. When I needed to repurchase equipment, they wanted to require me to pay another $100 so that I could tell them that my medical status had not changed and that my equipment worked well. When I reviewed them on ******* they then retaliated by pretending to be a customer of my business and one staring me, despite having never been to my business.
