      Promised a rebate lied to now for months, brought the hot tub drug it across the yard scraped up the panel, brought another it was broken and they knew it becouse they opened it prior or the installer broke it took two days off work for these folks, never received the rebate, they continue to lie and then they call like all so important message and then they don't leave a number, ******, when I called the store they said well you don't have caller ID, yoru the worst, should have looked at this first and then would have known how you do business! I have filed a complaint with the state attorney as well, my guess if they;ve done this to me they;ve done to others, this is how I was treated and based on this others should stay far away from these folks! Oh forgot the lights never worked becouse the cord is to small to fit, didn't bring that didn't bring the head tops that were all damaged, what a joke this company is!

      In response to Mr. ******* complains: There was a delay from Bullfrog on the mail in rebate unfortunately, the front panel during delivery did get a scratch *( We try our best but when hot tubs are being moved around homes they can get scratched), His LED lights did need a part replaced. 

       

       A brand new front panel was installed today,  his led part came in and was installed today, and his rebate he received the last week of December.  All issues have been addressed and fixed

       I am rejecting this response because: Its not true the head placements still do not fit and now they are saying they expand and contract with the temp they are not any good.
      They called bullfrog and told them we didn't get the check and canceled it but never told us that so the check was returned as stop payment, these folks are scam artist, deceptive folks and they should be out of business, for dishonest practices.  No worries, Im telling everyone on line and that I run into stay away from these folks, they are the worse in telling you lies and taking three full days off because they cant even narrow down the time and they are the ones that damaged the front panel dragging it across the sand and rocks dont buy from these folks, worse business ever!

      I purchased a 5 year warranty on my spa from Unique pools spa and Grill. I've had several issues that I went into the business to speak with an employee about. I asked if I could record. The employee nodded yes. I gave the phone to my 10 year old granddaughter while I spoke about my ongoing frustration. After leaving I received a call from "****" who introduced himself as the "Service manager" and he informed me that my "service" would not happen and I am now on a "suspended list" from all services. I also requested "****'s" last name for the filing of this report but he refused. I requested "corporates" number or a supervisor and was also refused by ****. This can NOT be legal business practices. That if a customer has a complaint with a business than the warranty they purchased can be suspended and they are denied the service they paid for? That customers are NOT permitted to speak about any problems or issues with "corporate" to file a complaint or refused any information on a superior to possibly resolve issues. Please look in to this as I feel that this can NOT be good or even "legal" business practices.
