    Excellent is the best word I can use. Very good customer service and highly trained technicians. Darien always explains what the issue is, how it can be corrected and then fixes it. He is very neat, kind and courteous at every visit. We would highly recommend J and W Heating and Air+Plumbing whenever your are in need of HVAC help.

    I am a 67 year old professional man. ****** my salesman was the most professional, down to earth person that I hav met in the last 10 years. They did everything they said they would, ********* and his helper did an outstanding job and were extremely professional. The Supervisor cam out 2 times during the install to make sure things were great. ****** my salesman came out to make sure I was happy. These people know what customer service is. aA++ *** ******
