      On7/30/21 I purchased $445.21 of a/c duct and supplies(order #********. On 8/03/21 I returned 3 unopened boxes of a/c duct and was issued a credit memo in the amount of $159.70 (order #CH*****). At that time I was told that I would receive a check in the mail for the credit memo amount of $159.70. Despite several attempts to collect the refund due, the payment has still not been received. I did not file this complaint sooner as I believed the Company would send the payment. They are a large and reputable Company and the employees in the **** Beach branch kept assuring me that I would receive the payment. I called their office to follow up on 10/22/21 and was told the check would be issued by the Atlanta office. On 12/17/21 I visited the **** Beach Branch office and met with Vence *** - Sales Center Manager. He again assured me that the Atlanta office would be sending the payment. On 1/29/22 I mailed a letter to Mr. *** (with a copy to the Atlanta office) again requesting payment. I never received a response to this letter. I wrote to the **** Beach office again 10/27/22 and I am still waiting for their reply. The Company has never disputed that they owe me the refund. This is a very common transaction and they have always assured me that their is no problem. However, I am now turning to you for help as I am being ignored by the Company. Thanks for any assistance you can provide in this matter.

      Good Morning, ****,

      Our **** Branch manager has submitted a check request for Mr. ****.  This was an oversight done by a new employee at the branch and was never caught.  She accidentally ran it as a cash refund not realizing he had paid by check on his original invoice.  She had to rebill the sales order out (making our cash drawer correct) and forgot to follow up with a check request from our corporate office.  We will be calling Mr. **** by close of business today and explain to him what happened. I will follow up with our corporate office on the check request to make sure it gets pushed through quickly.
