    So back in the end of April 2022 I sent my brand new car parts from my 2022 toyota camry to crafted carbon along with a 300$ deposit to get my cup holder consol customized and made into carbon fiber for my air ride set up in my car. After nearly 8 months I've Barley gotten any response from the owner. When i do I get excuse after excuse on why my part is not done after being told it would only take 3 months. Even his wife is lying and not helping out at all. After a few messages they have completely ignored all my message attempts on multiple platforms forms. I am not the only one who is in the same situation. He has stolen other parts and money from multiple ppl and never returned the parts! He is a scammer and I just want my expensive car part back

    June 10 2022 ******* ***** of Crafted Carbon agreed to take possession of my personal oem parts to then epoxy resin them with carbon fiber. Sent him the payment and parts for the job and after patiently waiting for several weeks and eagerly awaiting an update he then begins to give me excuse after excuse as to what’s going on with my parts and keeps prolonging the ship time and eventually stops responding all together. Fast forward and it’s been over 5 MONTH LATER with no parts sent, no refund and I have still not received any response from him since August 16th 2022. I tried to contact him on all his business pages, emails and personal number to no avail. I did manage to get ahold of his wife briefly but she ultimately was no help after continuing his excuses and refusing to respond either. ******* ***** and ******* ***** of Crafted Carbon are intentionally scamming people out of their hard earned money and parts and need to be dealt with by the proper authorities. Me and several other people have been dealing with trying to get our money and parts back from them for over 6 months. Them and their business page and need to stopped.

    Was offered a sponsorship at a discounted cost through crafted carbon. After sending $600 since the sponsorship is not fully paid, I sent out expensive door panels $600+ in parts ontop of the $600 charge for the carbon upfitting and expensive shipping costs since the parts are large upon countless lies of excuses and delays for almost a year I haven’t heard anything back within the past two months. Others besides myself have had multiple issues similar to mine without receiving a refund or completed parts that were paid in full.

    ******* ***** operates under the business name Crafted Carbon. He receives car parts through the mail and applies carbon fiber to them. In may my son mailed him a car part. Since then he has had excuse after excuse as to why he hasn't completed the job. As of today, it has not been completed or returned. Several attempts have been made to resolve the issue, but he still has not done the job. There are several complaints of the same issue with several of his customers. He will not return my texts or emails.
