    Aug.24th,2023 I paid ****** ********* $5000 Collateral for my grandson court case since he was out of state to insure he appear in
    court in **************. 5/8/2023 my grandson appeared in court
    and his case was dropped. 5/9/2023 I contacted ****** *********
    to inform him that the case was over and close He stated as soon as he received the final Disposition document he would refund my $5000. After a week I e-mail him a copy of the final court disposition since I was unable to contact him after several attempts and different numbers, he as since avoided all my calls and e-mails .I just want my $5000 back, if necessary, I will file a civil suite.
